For Valentine’s Day this year, the Friends of Brookfield provided appreciation packages to various departments throughout Brookfield:
- Fire Department
- Police Department
- Town Hall
- Merrick Public Library
- Highway Department
The following items were given in the appreciation packages:
- Happy Valentine’s day helium balloon
- Large heart Lindt chocolate box
- Small heart Russell Stover chocolate box
- Lindt chocolate bag of assorted truffles
- Lindt chocolate bear
- Valentine’s card
- Gift bag with small candy and self care products
