What to expect:
- Cocktail hour with live music by Brian Kearsley
- Silent Auction and raffle
- Presentation of the Brookfield Distinguished Citizen of the Year Award
- Delicious dinner featuring:
- Hors d’oeuvres: Variety of cheeses, crackers, sliced hard salami & fresh fruit
- Salad: Tossed salad with roma tomatoes, English cucumbers, julienne carrots, Italian dressing + fresh baked bread with butter
- Buffet:
- Pan-seared boneless chicken breast with Picatta sauce
- Baked Haddock with basil pesto crust & lemon butter
- Prime Rib carved to order with au jus
- Baked rice with fresh thyme
- Potatoes Au Gratin
- Steamed vegetable medley (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- Vegan/Vegetarian Option:
- Grilled zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, asparagus, red onion & cherry tomatoes with fresh oregano & basil over brown & wild rice fusion
